Katie is a writer and content creator with over a decade of communications experience. Her specialty is explaining complex concepts in an engaging, down-to-earth way.
Katie built her career in the nonprofit and political world. She worked on issues related to housing, healthcare, civil and criminal legal systems, and voting rights. She helped pass landmark legislation, secure millions in government budget priorities, and empowered community members to make their voices heard.
Starting in 2019, Katie’s client list expanded to include tech companies, universities, and larger production organizations including PBS and iHeart.
She holds a bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame, where she was nominated for the Rhodes Scholarship and won the Citation of Merit. She also holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford.
